These awards are specifically for retailers’ approach and achievements over the last year (7 March 2024 –  6 March 2025) and are open to all retailers who have at least one bricks & mortar store in UK and Ireland and/or an online presence in the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for retailers who demonstrate excellence in all areas across the retail spectrum including: 
- Range of products
- Marketing and display
- Customer service
- Retail environment
- Competitive edge
 

The closing date for all submissions is Sunday 16 March, 2025.

If you are a retailer, you can enter yourself online into any of the retail categories - click on the trophy to the left below to begin your entry process. All categories are free to enter and all entries are made online. We have made the entry process as simple as possible and you will have the opportunity to upload imagery to support your entry. You will need to register and create a password in order that you can save your submissions as well as go back and edit an entry right up until the deadline. If you haven’t registered with a password already it will ask you to do this.

If you are a supplier or distributor, you can nominate online who you feel are the best two retailers in each of the categories by clicking on the trophy below to the right. Please share details of your chosen retailers along with reasons for your nomination.  As this is a simple nomination process you will not be required to register and create a password.
