Open to: Independent stationery retailers in the North & Northern Ireland who have shown excellence in all areas across the retail spectrum over the past year, to include their product range, sector knowledge, customer service, shop environment, marketing and display.
Best Independent Stationery Retailer - South
Open to: Independent stationery retailers in the South, Midlands & Wales who have shown excellence in all areas across the retail spectrum over the past year, to include their product range, sector knowledge, customer service, shop environment, marketing and display.
Best Multiple Stationery Retailer - 10+ stores
Open to: Stationery retailers with ten or more stores who have demonstrated excellence in all areas across the retail spectrum over the past year. This includes product range, product knowledge, staff training, customer care, marketing and promotion, window and product display, as well as commitment to the sector.
Best Online Stationery Retailer
Open to: Online retailers of stationery who have shown excellence in all areas across the retail spectrum over the past year.
